Key Tasks -
Introduce new products into production
Implementation of new process improvements
Undertake cost reduction projects
Design Lean Manufacturing production cells
Utilise Continuous Improvement techniques to increase efficiences
Manage capacity planning and plant layout
Candidate -
Qualified to Degree / HND level in an Engineering discipline
Experienced in Project management
Good working knowledge of modern quality standards
Familiar with the tools of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
