The integrated service will be operational from early 2012 and we are now seeking to appoint additional team members to be in place for the launch of the new service; this will be an exciting opportunity for staff to work with a range of clients providing care, support and rehabilitation.

Applicants will require to have experience of working with adults and/or older people in a care, support or rehabiltiation setting.
