A major Financial Services Institution is looking to recruit an Assistant Financial Reporting Manager on a 200/day 3mth rolling contract. The role-holder will be responsible for the delivery of key elements of the Division’s monthly Flash and Board reports and Forecast/Budget reports, in addition to supporting the quarterly external results process.
Proactive management of key stakeholders relationships and deliverables.
Proactive management, liaison and point of contact within the reporting team, to resolve issues impacting the financial systems including associated processing and reporting.
Delivery of reporting processes and consolidated outputs for Division Reporting in accordance with agreed timetables including ensuring appropriate review framework is in place.
Review and development of new processes for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Ensuring BAU deliverables are efficiently managed and that the appropriate controls are maintained.
Provide ongoing analysis and support to key stakeholders.
Qualified or in the final stages of completing a Professional Accounting qualification.
Experience in working in a finance environment and able to work to pressured timescales.
Working to tight deadlines & prioritising own workload and delivering high quality output.
Confident to communicate with colleagues in other areas to jointly resolve any identified issues or challenges.
Working intermediary knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access, etc.
