Previous experience in a hotel reception environment is desirable. Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills essential. May work alone or as part of a team and will be required to research and share information on local events. Will check in customers, amend reservations, process paperwork and other documentation accurately, keep managerup to date with issues, adhere to company policies and procedures. Deal with cash handling, accounts, reservations, security, and stock procedures and maintain a clean and tidy reception area. You will also be required to assist with housekeeping of guest rooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, changing linen. Applicants must be flexible regarding working hours and shifts to meet the needs of the business. Temp to perm, the position has a probation period of 3 months.
