Project Worker

Our client is now looking for a Project worker to work on a night shift basis, based in Wakefield paying a salary of £15,831 per annum.

Join them at the Wakefield Project & you’ll provide support during the night to residents, whilst ensuring the project is secure. You undertake housekeeping and administrative duties, as well as taking an active role in the assessment and management of risk to ensure that our service users and others around them are safe. This is a supportive role, and you will contribute to service user and team leader meetings, as well as managing medication and maintaining daily log sheets.

Our client is looking for an excellent communicator, with good Literacy and IT skills. You need to be a team player that is willing to work 40 hours per week on a rota and is reliable. A flexible attitude is also essential as you will be working shifts that are from 20:30–08:30 (including weekends), with occasional daytime hours to attend team meetings and receive training, also with flexibility reflect the Project’s challenging and demanding nature.

You’ll work within the Criminal Justice System and, whilst you do not need any specific experience for this role, an understanding of the work our client do is a must.
