My client is an established and profitable company. The organisation is currently in the process of recruiting a dynamic, experienced financial controller to join the business and lead the finance function.

Position Outline:
The Financial Controller will report directly to the Managing Director and will have full responsibility for managing the finance function, this will include:

Provide Strategic Financial advice to Managing Director

Manage Finance, Admin HR Team

Manage Develop Supply Chain function

Manage Develop IT infrastructure and Company Systems

Liaise with external bodies in relation to finance, HR IT

Manage and Develop Business Plan on rolling basis

Suitability Outline:
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with at least 3+ PQE and experience in a similar role within as a number one in finance with a commercial environment in industry (Ideally in the manufacturing sector). You will be a proven finance professional with extensive analytical, strategic and communication skills and a proactive and organised approach.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, profitable business; Suitable candidates can expect a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
