Our client is a Chartered Surveyor and Estate Agents which are a long-established and friendly firm in the Surrey area.
The firm employs approximately 30 people and covers a wide and varied property remit including residential and commercial property, estate agency, property management, valuation and building surveying.

Job Summary
Take personal responsibility for the property management of your own portfolio of residential properties, mostly let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies, winning the confidence of clients and developing client relationships whilst working as part of a busy team managing a wide cross-section of property.
The Person
A bright and trustworthy individual with at least one or two years Property Management experience. Able to thrive under pressure as part of a team and under their own initiative, with an unflappable and positive personality. They should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a flair for organisation, and a tenacious ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner in person, over the phone and in writing.
Employee Specification
Excellent IT skills including an intuitive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Preferably experience with at least one Property Management application
Preferably educated to Graduate or A Level standard, although relevant experience and industry qualifications will be taken into account
Hardworking, confident, highly organised with strong attention to detail
Bright and able to contribute opinions and ideas
Team member who also enjoys working under own initiative
Highly dependable and trustworthy; comfortable in dealing at the highest level of security in total confidence
Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent spoken and written English
Appropriate personal presentation
Numerate, with ability to organise information and statistics and present in a useful way; probably in Excel
Own means of transport – car or motorcycle
Training
There will be opportunities for formal career development and learning, and depending on the background of the candidate, MSE may sponsor further education to achieve membership of ARLA or RICS.
