Our Client is a leading retail business and as they continue their multi-channel development they are strengthening their digital web team with the appointment of an E-commerce Project Manager. This Client is a leading brand and is offering a role that can have real impact on the business as they are going through and exciting time of change and growth. For this role you must have experience within E-commerce, excellent project management skills, strong understanding of site testing, customer experience and technical systems. Whilst this is not a technical role we are looking for an individual who can manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver technical, e-commerce projects. This role has huge scope to develop your skills as you join a business area at the start of an exciting period of growth. This will be a broad role where you will have exposure to lots of areas of e-commerce.
The Role:
- Manage the project for the new platform migration
- Launch and test the new platform to make sure fit for purpose
- Manage all 3rd party suppliers to deliver projects to time and budget
- Make sure key project milestones are met
- Manage the day-2-day running of the site and on-going developments
- Challenge all suppliers and make sure you are maximising returns
- Develop key relationships across the business
The Person:
- Experienced in E-commerce
- Excellent project management skills
- Understanding of web technologies
- Ideally experience of developing and migrating web platforms
- Autonomous worker who can deliver projects
- Excellent data analysis skills
