MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
To effectively promote, supervise and service requirements for Commercial and Funded Training programmes and to promote Client Funded services for Business Service Department (Swansea) and achieve KPI’s as set by Business Development Manager.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating activities for all training programmes and developing new training opportunities in line with team and organisational objectives.

Co ordinate the marketing and delivery of all programmes to meet department budgets and KPI’s.

Monitor quality of delivery against contract requirements

To be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of project files for the DfES’s LMD programme.

To be responsible for ensuring that database’s are regularly cleansed and activities are conducted to maintain the effectiveness of the relevant data bases.

Liaise with trainers to co-ordinate training activities.

Monitor level of enquiries in relation to programme booking.

Monitor trainer performance and contracts and meet with new trainers, along with Business Development Manager to assess suitability.

To provide weekly progress updates to Business Development Manager.

Promote training and commercial services via telephone and other mediums with the view to making appointments to secure business

Meet with potential and existing clients to promote Training and client funded services

Attend regular networking events in order to promote services and liaise with other departments within NGCCEI to advise of all training and client funded service activities available.

Adhere to the company Health and Safety policy, Equal Opportunity policy and IIP Standards and all HR policies and procedures.

Any other duties that are deemed necessary, in line with the requirements and objectives of Business Services department.

QUALIFICATIONS
GCSE’s including Maths and English
RSA level 1 and 2 or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE
Experience of working in a sales orientated environment

Experienced in the preparation and of sending mail shots and email shots.

Updating databases, spreadsheets and mail merge.

Managing and updating diary booking systems.

Work to set budget.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Full driving license and car owner.
