The Package:
On offer is a basic salary between 17-25K depending on recruitment ability plus an excellent commission structure, that could see you earn lots of money!
The Recruitment Brief:
We have a number of positions available with our Midlands based clients, covering the HR & Finance desks in both the Nottingham & Leicester offices.
You will be required to provide a professional and specialist recruitment service to the HR/Finance market in the above locations.
Generating new business through pro-active and creative sales techniques, including cold-calling, networking and candidate marketing.
Achieve set KPI's and revenue targets. Managing key client relationships.
Building and maintaining a network of HR/Finance Candidates and Clients through regular contact.
Attend Client visits and advising clients of the most effective recruitment methodology and managing the full recruitment cycle.
The Person Spec:
Must possess experience of working within a quality focused, customer facing specialist recruitment market.
A proven and successful track record within a sales/target-driven environment.
A good standard of education.Strong administration and PC skills.
Self-motivated and organised Professional with a strong work ethic.
Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Able to multi-task and prioritise.Confident and resilient.
