My Client an excellent company based in Holywood, Co Down require an experienced Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to join their highly professional team.
Duties are as follows:
Answer all calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Transfer all calls to the relevant personnel/department
Greet all visitors to the office
Advising potential Clients
Arranging appointments
Sales and administration support
Criteria:
Proven experience in a similar role
Professional appearance
Excellent telephone manner
Fully computer literate
Enjoy working in a busy office environment
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking company.
Hours of work are Mon – Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm + 1 in 3 Sat mornings until 12.30pm
Salary £14 – 15K pa depending on experience
