JOB SUMMARY:
To work with Thrive Project Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the Thrive Program to our
Customers and ensure excellent Customer Service throughout the process.
You will be working with the Thrive Project Manager who in turn reports to the UK Operations Manager to control the administration process for the Thrive Consultancy program. This will include collecting data from practices by a remote dial in process to produce reports, arranging all consultancy meetings and webinar sessions together with producing and sending out of all associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Collecting data and producing reports:
Ensuring information is collected and accurately reported.
Booking of consultancy/webinars sessions
: All consultancy sessions and Webinars must be accurately booked to a planned time schedule, and details relayed to the customer.
CRM system :
It is your responsibility to ensure that all customer correspondence and associated conversations and call information is logged accurately onto the CRM system.
Invoice instructions:
Ensure all information is reported accurately to the finance team in preparation for invoicing.
Complaints:
Take responsibility for any complaints or issues and action appropriately.
Understanding:
Be prepared to see the job through and be empathic to clients and their staff.
Customer Care:
Ensure Customer Care is kept to a high standard at all times.
Additional Responsibilities
: - Possible visits to customers if required.
Attendance at Dental shows or similar if appropriate, this may entail some nights away from home and some weekend work.
Any other relevant Ad hoc talks

Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years professional customer service experience in an Administration type role would be preferable, together with the ability to with withstand a busy and challenging role.
Education:
Good general education
Specialized Knowledge
and Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both with External customers and with Internal teams.
Must be flexible in approach and have excellent organisational skills.
Proven attention to detail and accuracy essential.
Must be highly motivated and capable of working as an effective team player.
Proven track record in Administration to include administration of project management type delivery would be preferable.
Knowledge of the healthcare market, particularly dentistry would be helpful.
Good basic Software/IT knowledge essential, to include Word & Excel.
CRM database management an advantage.
Commercial awareness and experience of working with personnel from a professional environment.
