Fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join this Leeds based Conveyancing practice. You will be joining an independent business led by conveyancing specialists with vast experience in the marketplace, where you will be guaranteed a busy team focused environment. The vacancy has arisen due to an increase in work and referrers and you will be joining very busy prosperous department.

The role will require the successful candidate to deal with a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion with or without an assistant. You will be responsible for carrying out investigation of title, producing property reports, updating referrer websites and competing registrations in addition to other relevant task associated with a Conveyancing transaction.

You will be capable of dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, new build work, all aspects of freehold and leasehold properties and shared equity schemes. You will also have good IT skills as well as ideally experience of working with a case management system.
