We're working with a highly established retailer operating within the convenience sector. Having gone through a recent acquisition, the business is going through some exciting changes in terms of their culture and focus, as well as opening up to 100 stores this year, adding to their already impressive portfolio of nearly 600.

We're supporting this great retail business with their expansion plans and helping them to recruit a Store Manager. As a Store Manager you will be fully responsible for the day to day running of your store, ensuring your team are trained and motivated to serve customers and maintain the smooth running of the store. You will constantly be working out ways to improve sales and maintain high standards.

We're ideally looking for candidates with experience of managing people in a fast paced retail environment. Strong Assistant/Deputy managers looking for their first step in managing their own operation will be considered.
