A highly visable opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Service Delivery Manager to join our large Corporate organisation to cover for maternity leave.
Purpose of Role
Support the Head of Resourcing in the leadership of the HR Direct Team.
Manage the relationship with key Senior stakeholders and ensure that delivery of the Media organisations recruitment service fully meets client expectations and is continuously improved in line with service reviews.
Ensure delivery of a seamless recruitment service in line with the agreed service model, meeting or exceeding agreed SLAs and KPIs. .
Recruit, build and manage the recruitment team resource pool (including 3rd party suppliers) to enable delivery of an effective recruitment service for the organisation.
Support the Head of Resourcing in the management of client relationships with the organisations Resourcing Team.
Manage the relationship with the Resourcing Contracts Manager to create an effective working relationship between companies, ensuring the recruitment service meets client expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Divisional HRDs across the orgaqnisation to understand organizational drivers and objectives and ensure the recruitment service meets client expectations.
Ensure that a positive view of the organisation and the companies HR department is created and maintained in the conduct of all recruitment activities and that this successfully attracts the very best diverse talent.
Manage the performance, development and effectiveness of the Regional Recruitment Delivery Managers and their recruitment delivery teams to ensure recruitment services meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Initiate regular service reviews and proactively seek to improve services in light of management information and other performance data, including service user reviews and stakeholder feedback. Implement action plans to address any areas for improvement and ensure robust monitoring.
Work with the Head of Resourcing and Business Support Manager to ensure resources are in place to meet demands for recruitment activity.
The ideal candidate wuill have a strong track record in recruitment minimum 5 years plus with a thorough understanding of best practise including knowledge trends, developments and technology in regards to shared services and client focused solutions. Exp of implementing and managing change, proven success in re-engineering processes to achieve improvements. Exp of stakeholder management of multi-disciplinary teams. You will have also delivered projects to time and budget.
