This growing, innovative company specialises in the development of open standard software solutions for telecoms services and the evolution of service delivery apps for the EMA region. The Senior Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for technical solution proposals to nominated company clients, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, bid management, presentations, product installation and set up for demonstration, and training. You must be comfortable within a solutions selling environment working on new business and work on a range of technical solutions for supporting new proposals and technical support to both clients and internal company bid teams. This role is for an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable individual who revels in a very varied and hands-on environment where initiative and personal responsibility is important.
With excellent personal communication skills you will have proven client facing ability (or obvious potential to be a success in such a position) and be very comfortable analysing highly complex requirements and problems in telecommunications networks and the ability to embrace and learn new areas. You must be highly mobile with a willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and company objectives. Technically, you must have a good technical understanding of existing and next generation telecommunications network architectures: Fixed & Mobile / PrePaid & PostPaid; Voice, Data, Messaging; SIP; IMS / LTE; Charging, with a good knowledge of SS7 and understanding of other protocols and application server solutions including JavaEE.
