Residential Manager - Children's Services Permanent Located: Gwynedd

NonStop Care have a superb vacancy for an experienced Residential Manager with at least 5 years experience working within Residential Children’s services (2 of which must be at a SeniorManager level). You will be based in Arthog, Gwynedd. The successful Candidate must have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Residential Management) Wales or equivalent. You will be working with vulnerable children, including child protection issues and those with behavioural problems so you must have a good track record in working within this field in a residential setting. You will be responsible for delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home, and all day to day management matters. The salary starts at 26,000 but will be based on your experience and references.
