Our prestigious client is seeking a Progress Chaser Planner to cover a maternity role. You will be supporting the procurement team in requesting quotations, placing orders and chasing outstanding parts and components. Your role will include liaising with suppliers, sales, design and production, checking if production targets are being met and resolving any issues of shortfall in supply. Also reporting shortages and delays to production and procurement teams and planning with them resolutions to these problems.

You will also be responsible for the production of SAP reports. You will need previous experience as a Planner, Production Controller or Progress Chaser within a fast paced manufacturing environment, excellent computer skills including Excel; SAP and MRP experience would also be an advantage. Based in Poole with pro rata salary to £19,900.
