We currently have a vacancy for a

Mechanical Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

You will work as an important member of the Maintenance and Reliability team to support the Grangemouth Site. You

will be able to demonstrate strong leadership competencies and will have a good track record creating change through positively influencing and motivating others.

The Job Involves:
·

Identifying and developing plans and schedules for executing preventative maintenance (PM) to support the site maintenance and reliability strategies

·

Ensuring PM programmes are entered into the maintenance management system (SAP)

·

Gathering data to support investigations into equipment failures and production losses

·

Ensuring findings of PM activities are properly documented and appropriate corrective actions are identified for execution

·

Adding, identifying and building spare parts lists in line with equipment maintenance strategies to ensure adequate stock

·

Providing technical expertise to support the site maintenance team

Providing technical input into work packages, equipment specification and repair plans

·

Managing site equipment inspection programs, e.g. hazardous area inspections, to ensure legal and corporate compliance

Qualifications

A sound technical knowledge of mechanical equipment essential

Experienced in the maintenance of mechanical equipment in the chemical industry

Further education in relevant technical qualifications preferred (e.g. HNC, HND)

A total commitment to health, safety and environmental programs

Must be computer literate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
