We are currently working on an exciting HR role for a group of leading restaurants. With sites throughout the UK, we are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to look after the restaurants in Scotland and the North East. You will be covering a variety of brands for this well known company. You will need to live on the patch and have experience of multi-site operations for either a hospitality or retail brand.

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR:-

• Employee Relations
• Resourcing
• Learning & Development

You will be working closely with the operators including the area and regional managers to ensure that the HR strategy for the region is ahead of target. In return for your efforts, you will get to join a great culture, where people are always at the forefront of the strategy of the company.
