A retail Interim Buying Consultant with branded and Ecom experience to be able to lead a team and have great commercial awareness of the Health and Beauty / non food industry. The following skills and attributes are required- Degree in retail, marketing or other related field preferred or equivalent experience.- Significant senior branded buying experience within fashion.- Strong commercial awareness balanced with a creative flair.- Excellent purchasing, brand and range planning and negotiating skills along with the ability to work under pressure.- A strong net worker with a broad range of contacts in the market is essential.- Proven management capability, driving performance to achieve high operating standards.- A confident decision maker with the ability to execute your ideas quickly and effectively.
