This is an Apprenticeship. Full funding is available for 16 - 18year olds but open to applicants of all ages.You will perform food and drink service related tasks in a restaurant/café/hotel environment. The responsibilities may include: support managers, supervisors and colleagues in general duties answering phone calls. General housekeeping duties, to assist in the preparation of food, to assist in the serving of meals to clients, staff and others. To assist in the preparation and serving of beverages to staff, clients and customers. To wash and dry kitchen pots/utensils and ensure their proper storage, to clean the kitchen area (floors, cookers etc), to assist in ensuring a high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene.
