Accident Exchange is one of the largest accident management companies in Europe.
Working under the ABI General Terms of Agreement, we offer motorists involved in non-fault accidents a like-for-like replacement vehicle for the period that they are deprived of the use of their car.
In simple terms, we hire a replacement vehicle while we organise and manage the repairs to the vehicle on the customers behalf. When the hire vehicle is returned to us, we pass the bill to the insurance company of the at fault driver.

We are presently looking to recruit a Delivery Coordinator for our Warrington Branch.
The Role:
To provide a full administration and support service to the department.
Key Accountabilities :
To confirm delivery arrangements with the client.
Bring urgent matters to the attention of the line manager.
To liaise with the transport team and New Claims departments to ensure successful deliveries.
To raise serious or unresolved matters to the Branch Manager.
To take incoming telephone calls for the department, resolving queries where possible when there is an overspill.
Accurate production and distribution of packs for drivers when there is an overspill.
To ensure effective two way communication and liaise with departments to be aware of issues affecting the logistics of vehicle movement.
To obtain regular updates from the Bodyshops/Dealerships.
To accurately input data and maintain confidentiality.
Quality and quantity of work, attitude adopted in execution.
Efficient handling, response and action to all correspondence.
Professional and effective telephone management
Systems and records accurately maintained.
To print and collate high volume of driver packs ensuring all paperwork required is included when there is an overspill.
Candidates will possess or demonstrate the following:
Computer literate- able to open, read, input and close word, excel and outlook.
Stable and logical career history
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Organisation of self and workload.
The ability to prioritise recognising importance and urgency.
To cover all aspects of Admin
Have good geographical understanding covering towns, roads and rail networks.
Detail conscious.
