This ongoing temporary job involves working under the office manager, and you will be expected to interface with senior management, colleagues and clients as and when required.

The ideal candidate is able to apply administrative knowledge within the team, in summary these duties will include;

You will also be required to lift and distribute deliveries from couriers on a daily basis to the relevant departments.

This list is not exhaustive; the post-holder will be expected to undertake any reasonable duties as requested by the office manager.

The ideal candidate will;

The candidate will be educated to a higher level, preferably holding a relevant HNC/ HND qualification. Ideally you will have experience within an administrative/ reception function with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise and organise work under pressure.
