Our clients' brand is well known and respected throughout Europe. They are a market leading organisation that has structured plans in place to grow their market share in the UK even further.

The Role:
You will spend time with specifiers to ensure your offering remains the product of choice for new projects which include civils-based work like roads, motorways and bridges. An important part of the role will then involve maintaining contact with contractors on site, to ensure your competitors do not 'break' your spec by offering alternative products. To complete the sales cycle you will manage a small network of specialist distributors, training their sales staff on the features and benefits of your product range. Scotland hit target last year so a small increment will be expected in this years budget, which is more than achievable given the level of enquiries that have been received recently.

The Person:
You will have specification experience within the general building industry with exposure to public sector accounts. This is a hands-on position so you must be able to gain specification then follow the sales process through to site.

The Rewards:
A basic salary of £35 - 40,000 is on offer with a realistic bonus scheme to augment your earnings. In addition there will be a company car, family healthcare, contributory pension scheme and a blackberry.
