Our International client is a leading specialist in the Multi-Channel Marketing Sector and is looking for an Email Marketing Campaign Manager to join their office in London.
The client requires a candidate to support external clients using their Multi-channel Marketing platform. The role will entail proactively dealing with post-sales support of the Multi-Channel marketing product, helping clients with the on boarding process, training and deliverability and most importantly, ensure they are getting the maximum ROI from the platform.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the after sales of the marketing software helping new clients deal with the roll out of the marketing product
- Be responsible for managing a number of high profile clients to ensure customer satisfaction, drive increased revenue and renewals and to enhance their marketing success
- Develop an excellent understanding of their Marketing Software platform and how that applies to your client's online, email mobile and social marketing objectives.
- You would be responsible for building and maintaining close client relationships across a portfolio of existing clients, working to ensure high client satisfaction rates, renewal revenues and on-going customer lifetime value.
- In addition, you will be effectively delivering their capabilities, demonstrating an understanding of their product platforms, email technologies, marketing automation and internet technologies.
Experience
- Experience of Email Marketing / Campaign Management
- The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre
- Experience in Client Facing
