Insurance Branch Manager, Co DownBrightwater are recruiting on behalf of our Insurance Broker client for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their busy Co Down branch. This role will suit an experienced insurance professional with the ability, profile and presence to manage a branch operation, developing relationships throughout the organisation and within the local community. The RoleThe purpose of this role is to shape, motivate, lead and support a car insurance sales team, achieving sales and service targets at the same time as providing superior customer care. You will be responsible for operational efficiency of the branch while adhering to all company and regulatory requirements.
