You will work as part of our support team, dealing with both customers and 3 rd party suppliers on a daily basis.You must be able to adapt quickly to the fast paced environment and deal with multiple tasks and projects, as required.
Skills Required
Technologies involved include Windows Server, SCOM, Exchange Threat Management Gateway, SQL Server and Citrix. The ideal candidate will have an interest in learning new technologies and be capable of getting up to speed quickly. This is a full time role, initially based in Glasgow and some travel will be required.You must hold a valid UK driving license.
Standard office hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
We anticipate the salary for this role at £20-25K p.a. depending on experience.

Working for a leading Scottish Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, this role will primarily involve the support of a Microsoft based infrastructure for a portfolio of SME customers. Sound IT fundamentals and Windows skills are required. Experience of a similar role is preferred.
