This leading legal practice is keen to recruit an associate/partner candidate with at least 6 year's + PQE to join its property team. You will be dealing with a host of property issues involving general commercial property matters including sale, purchase and leasing of principally commercial and agricultural properties. (Experience in high value residential property would be an advantage), advising on matters arising out of the Agricultural Holdings Act and Farm Business Tenancies and associated rural residential property tenancies, renewable energy matters and advising on development projects and general estate and farm management issues.
Applicants applying for this vacancy will ideally possess at least 5 years + PQE and candidates with a greater level of PQE will also be considered.
