We are now seeking a proven B2B Field Sales Executive to report into the Area Sales Manager - Coventry and to take responsibility for a geographical area around Northamptonshire - Bedford, Coventry, Kettering, Rugby, Warwickshire.

The objective of the role will be to bring in a balanced mix of extinguisher and alarm service contracts, sell portable fire extinguisher & related products, fire risk training and fire risk audits through a proactive mix of telesales and field sales work

You will possess a minimum of 2 years field sales experience, preferably with experience of the fire/ electronic security market but possibly with exposure to selling service contracts within the Business to Business technical market. You will also be an excellent communicator who prides themselves on their customer service skills whilst continually focusing on achieving targets and results whilst working as part of a team and with the ability to always conducting yourself in a professional and organised manner.

The role will entail consistent achievement of the company monthly targets which will include a mix of new business and existing customer retention, working closely with engineers and customer service teams to resolve customer queries, generating 20 appointments per week and 60 cold calls, networking with other Chubb/ UTC businesses to maximise opportunities, attending customer meetings to successfully sell the company services and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately.

The Basic Salary is £18,360 but is guaranteed to £24,360 + Car + Bonus + Bens. The Year 1 OTE is c£33,000+ and Year 2 is c£40,000+ with an uncapped commission scheme. Our Top Performers earn far in excess of these amounts.
