We are seeking an experience Scheme Manager to be based from a sheltered housing scheme in Bude, Cornwall.

The role is to support over 55's living in housing association properties. Duties will include:

Daily well-being check
Carrying out client assessments and generate support plans
Reporting maintenance problems
Monitoring contractors on site

Assisting with the completion of housing benefit forms
Promoting independent living at all times
Signposting clients to other agencies in the area

You will be expected to work within the Housing Associations policies and procedures at all times.

This is a temporary position on offer to start the beginning of August. The role is 20 hours per week and the successful candidate will require and Enhanced CRB check.
