Glan Yr Afon is a purpose built 50 bed nursing home for elderly frail and dementia. With a stable staff team we are situated in picturesque surroundings and well used gardens. We involve our Residents and their relatives in wide range of activities and we are actively involved with the community.
Leading the way and helping shaping the future of HC-One, you’ll need to be passionate about continuous improvements in healthcare, staff and personal development. Highly motivated you’ll be a natural communicator, with influencing skills and the vision to seek commercial opportunities.
