IT Project Manager / Business Analyst - Web Development, Drupal, Scrum
IT Project Manager/Business Analyst (Web Development, Drupal, Scrum) sought by an International Legal IT Software House to join a rapidly expanding Web Development department. You will design, develop and deploy a variety of products for clients, including E-commerce/transactional web sites, content management systems, community sites, and knowledge portals.
You will ensure their successful implementation in accordance with client/sponsor requirements and assume responsibility for the initiation, development and delivery of projects ensuring that key milestones are completed on time and in accordance with defined requirements.

The Key Objectives:
Working with clients to understanding client business objectives and using Agile methods and practice to deliver engaging, market relevant web applications. Translating the business requirements into specifications that will be used to develop bespoke software and to configure products Produce the project definition to include scope, roles, responsibilities, budgets, timescales and resources Prepare a comprehensive project plan taking input from technical and business resources Assign tasks and activities to members of the project team and ensure the required results are delivered Identify, analyse, measure and manage project risks Managing all aspects of the project life cycle including financial management Provide regular communication to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle Supporting pitches for projects The ideal candidate will be a certified Scrum Master and mentor team members in the use of Scrum and XP. Experience of CMS tools such Drupal, Wordpress or Joomla is essential.
