A fantastic opportunity has become available within a leading investment management firm in Glasgow’s city centre; my client is seeking an experienced COLL Officer/Fund Administrator to join their Risk Oversight Team who provides first class administration services to clients in relation to collective investment schemes.
Reporting to the Risk Oversight Operations Manager your key responsibilities are daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of compliance of fund investments in accordance with FSA COLL Regulations; draft appropriate polices in line with COLL regulations; ensure all COLL breaches are reported and liaise with Depositaries, Trustees and Investment Managers.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of fund administration and FSA COLL Regulations; demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and resolve problems effectively; confident communications skills are essential and the ability to work to tight deadlines; you must have a team spirit and support others when necessary.
