We are currently seeking 2 Part-Time staff members to join our facilities team based in our Dundee office. We are seeking 1 staff member to work from 7.30am to 12.30am and a second member of staff to work from 12pm to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Facilities management is an integral team responsible for providing a professional service to internal clients and external visitors. We are seeking a confident communicator with exceptional customer service and administration skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Welcoming visitors to the office, managing and issuing security passes
Booking and setting up rooms for visitors, training and Townhalls
Basic catering - teas, coffees for visitors, ordering and setting up for sandwich lunches
Acting as first point of contact for contractors and service providers
Basic first level maintenance, reporting faults, liaison with building manager
Collating Management orders; collecting and managing archive boxes on site
Basic health and safety cover, keeping water safety logs and daily fire safety checks
General PA and reception duties
Booking of business travel for local teams
Stationery and small consumables ordering
Handling mail and booking couriers
Issuance and recording of staff luncheon vouchers
Applications are welcomed from candidates with strong interpersonal skills. You will have experience working within a corporate office environment and will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative. Strong administrative and PC skills ie Word and Excel are essential.
