Leading and supervising a busy HR Services team in the provision of vital and high quality HR administration services. Key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the overall accuracy of the data processed, troubleshooting and auditing.
Training and mentoring team members.
Providing customer support to employees and managers including systems user training.
Involvement in HRIS projects, upgrades and enhancements.
This interesting role would suit an individual with particularly strong IT skills – MS Office along with a proven background in and HRIS environment or a similar HR role where administration, data processing has been a strong focus.
