Purpose: To support the key objectives and strategies of the regional areas.
Principal Accountabilities
To establish and maintain robust HR policies and processes for Enterprise to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice in Human Resources
To assist with TUPE transfers of staff within the region and ensure compliance with the TUPE regulations
To support and advise operations managers with discipline and grievance
To support and advise operations managers with sickness monitoring
To support the business with change programmes and restructures
To produce monthly statistics for the divisional board report including sickness, tribunals, TUPE transfers and key initiatives.
To comply with the relevant company health and safety policy provisions
Supporting Group level HR projects
To carry out other duties as directed.
Key Skills / Experience / Qualifications
Graduate / CIPD Qualified
Experience of managing a number of difficult employee relations issues i.e. disciplinary and grievances, appeals, redundancies, TUPE transfers
Commercially astute
Experience negotiating with Trade Unions and developing relationships
The energy, enthusiasm, intellect, stamina and resilience to help drive change

The ability to prioritise and focus on the delivery of cost effective solutions in support of divisional HR activities along with the ability and credibility to work closely with the operational management teams is key in being able to deliver this role.
