An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced academic and/or practitioner with significant knowledge, skills and experience of childrens nursing to join a team of academics and research staff in this field of practice.

The focus of this role is on childrens nursing at both pre and post-registration level. Though experience in children''s high dependency and intensive care would be desirable they are not essential. This includes the leadership and management of areas of education and practice with clinical linking with a variety of childrens placements within the East Midlands. You will be expected to participate in research activities in support of the curriculum and contribute to international and income generation initiatives.

You will be a graduate with current NMC registration (part 1),child with evidence of ongoing personal and professional development and an appropriate programme of study in childrens nursing.
