An international electricity and gas company is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding Contact Centre team in Gloucester.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
Handle a wide range of queries (both internally and externally).
Achieve customer satisfaction at a defined level of service.
Promptly deal with calls in order to portray an image of a professional and high quality company.
Operate office systems and equipment, process documents, maintain accurate records and access information within the company.
Provide efficient and effective call handling support and assistance to contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
Resolve enquiries from both external and internal sources, providing telephone responses as appropriate.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:
Previous experience within a Customer Service, Call Centre or Contact Centre role.
IT Literate - knowledge of Excel and Word is essential. Access Desirable.
Good written / verbal communication and numeracy skills.
Accuracy with attention to detail.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Strong communicator with the skills to be able to converse effectively at all levels.
Start Date-3rd September 2012.
Candidates must have total flexibility.
In return you will receive a salary of £7.26 per hour (+ unsociable rates paid) plus free parking and an onsite canteen.
