We currently have openings to fill over the coming months for full time customer service advisors in our Vodafone campaogn within our Newry site.

Applicants should have:
Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills

Excellent listening and questioning skills

Ability to capture data accurately

Word processing ability

1 years customer service experience is desirable.

Full time hours are 37.5 per week (not including breaks) on a variable shift pattern between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Sunday. Schedules are provided 4 weeks in advance.

Rate of Pay is £6.50 -7.00 per hour
