Our public sector client based in Essex is looking for an Interim Organisational MI Manager. You will work closely with the Head of Information and Intelligence, Head of Financial Support and Stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a high performing, customer facing team. You will be responsible for:

• Leading the Organisational Management Information Team
• Fostering joint working between workforce and Finance MI in one team
• Exploring opportunities to better utilise MI systems
• Building strong links across the business, including Business Partners within HR, Finance, Information and Intelligence
• Development, implementation, improvement, integration and maintenance of effective management information across FPS

To be considered for this post you must have:

• Experience of working for complex public sector organisations, including local authority
• Knowledge of Cognos or similar financial system
• Professional qualification (CCAB, DipM or equivalent)
• Service transformation experience within a finance setting
• Ability to establish credibility with DLTs, Executive Directors, Cabinet Members and other key stakeholders
