My client is well established and profitable manufacturing company (To £3 million and profitable) that are currently going through a period growth. The organisation is now currently recruiting experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join the business and lead the finance function.

Position Outline:
The Financial Controller will report directly to the Managing Director and senior management team and will have full responsibility for managing the finance function, this will include:

Provide Strategic Financial advice to senior management team

Manage finance team of three (SL/ PL/ CC/ PR)

Prepare and present monthly management accounts and weekly KPI's

Treasury management and credit control.

A variety Ad hoc system and finance projects

Suitability Outline:
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with at least 4+ PQE and experience in a similar role as a number one / two in finance with a commercial environment in industry (Ideally in the manufacturing and construction sector). You will be a proven finance professional with extensive analytical, strategic and communication skills and a proactive and organised approach.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, profitable business; Suitable candidates can expect a salary of £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.

This role may move to Finance Director for the right candidate further down the line.
