The role of our Customer Service Representatives in our Camborne Branch involves providing our customers with Cheque Centre products including Cheque Cashing, Pay Day Advance and Currency Exchange. Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service Promote and cross/up sell all Cheque Centre products Contact customers via telephone to discuss accounts Maintain accurate transaction records Communicate and work closely with the Branch Manager regarding branch operations Operate branch Computer systems Follow all Company Policies and Procedures Maintain the highest level of organisation and cleanliness within the Branch Health and Safety compliance To deputise in the absence of the Branch Manager Skills required: Previous retail and/or financial experience Previous customer service experience Previous cash handling experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to follow Company Policies and Procedures Ability to learn and understand various computer packages Measures of Success Contribute to ensuring that the stores commissions target is met. Assists the Branch Manager in ensuring that debt is controlled in line with the Company target of 17% Ensures adherence to Company policies and procedures to ensure obtain a grade 1 audit.
