You will be fundamentally responsible for supporting the delivery of the talent development strategy to the business, focusing on ensuring good quality development interventions are aligned to customer needs, business needs and regulatory requirements. Key Accountabilities
- Work with the Talent Development team to Identify organisational learning and development requirements.
- Support company values and characteristics by developing learning and development solutions and initiatives which develop appropriate competence and deliver good customer outcomes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of development interventions on a regular basis, using a variety of methods, to ensure the interventions are fit for purpose, in alignment with T&C Scheme requirements and business strategy.
- Develop and manage effective relationships with internal and external customers & suppliers, including senior Directors and managers.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with other members of the Talent Development Team, HR community and business stakeholders
- Ensure effective planning and organisation of available resources to deliver required projects and workload
- Coach and develop others, working with managers to create a motivating and challenging environment for employees to work in.
- Engage and support managers in improving employee engagement, using feedback from surveys and other KPI’s to target actions
- Work with other key managers to provide talent development support to enable them to meet KPI and departmental targets. About the Person
- You will have solid, evidenced knowledge of learning and development methodology and best practice and be experienced in psychometric testing and profiling tools
- Professional qualifications or experience in coaching is desired and you will have clear experience and proven capability in development needs analysis, design, piloting, delivering and measuring effectiveness of development interventions
- You will be able to demonstrate high level customer service awareness, influencing and communication skills, as well as experience of designing and implementing processes and development initiatives that support business strategy. What's On Offer?
