The management of the commodity products is driven by and integrated with commodity trade finance facilities from the world’s leading banks. Normal deal sizes are $10 to $30 million.

They are looking for a highly motivated individual looking to build a career. Whilst beginning slowly to learn all our core functions for our customers, the role will develop to become crucial within the company as we develop our systems and services.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE
- Stock reporting for designated countries and customers.
- To be responsible for the Contract Control Sheet, its management and migration to the online database system.
- To develop the online documentation storage and handling platform for the Company
- Support the PR and Marketing and Operational Administration
- Manage the daily stock reporting of specified sites to banks and customers in a designated country.
- To provide cover to represent managers during their travel.
- To review, amend and format inspection reports compiled by In-Country staff before sending on to banks.
- Work with designated country office towards improving current reporting procedures both in terms of speed and accuracy.
- To manage the Contract Control Sheet ensuring all inputs and key information are updated regularly.
- Ensure all documentation for each Collateral Management Agreement is held including warehouse leases and insurances.
- Assist with the design, cost and tender for the build of a web enabled database for the CCS providing proactive information flows and not just a data input service.
- Review and develop the online database structure for all stock reporting.
- To set up an online document sharing platform for all company documents, agreements, site inspection reports, contracts etc.
- To provide support for PR activities, including monthly enewsletters.
- Proof read, collate and forward site survey reports to customers and insurance brokers.
