The Product Manager role is a new position within the business to provide a more focused approach to taking products to market. This is a classic Product Management role where you will working closely with the sales team, R&D and customers. You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of products in line with the annual Strategic Business Plan. The Product Manager will form an integral part of the NPD team and will have responsibility for ensuring new products are commercially viable and launched with full Marketing support within the agreed timescale. You will undertake market research to gain a clear understanding of the market dynamics, opportunities and threats. You will produce and maintain all marketing materials associated with the product lines and ensure that they remain in line with the overall brand image and values.
Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role you must have proven UK market Product Management experience in a manufacturing or b2b capacity. This is a great role for someone looking to step up from an APM role and looking to take more ownership and have more autonomy. You will have managed the full product lifecyle, undertaken market research, have commercial mindset to providebusiness casesfor new product development and marketing campaign activity.
