Job role
- Working on the front desk, meeting and greeting customers and guests
- To follow up on marketing activity/quotations and enquiries that are sent in
- Conducting market research and providing technical support and answering technical questions
- To execute and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and advertisements
- Providing first line support to customers
- Gathering intelligence from prospective customers
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Person Specification
- Excellent communication skills
