About the Position...
A vacancy has arisen in the Resident Services Team at Chichester for a full time Housing Officer. This is a permanent position for 35 hours per week. The patch covers a mix of general needs, supported,shared ownership and leasehold properties. You will deal with all tenancy and estate management issues including viewings and sign ups, mutual exchanges, Anti Social Behaviour and breaches of tenancy. You will need to build strong links with other agencies and departments to ensure high standards of service delivery. Encouraging resident involvement will also be a key part of this role. A Full Driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential to the role.
