You will be responsible for: -
- Responsible for order execution of Completion Wellheads, and performance against agreed key measures include quality, safety, on-time delivery and financial performance, from order start-up to close out.
- Driving and management of financial performance
- Act as Drilling Systems Product Line' main point of contact for the customer on all Completion project wellhead matters
- Manage the customer relationship and communication throughout the order life cycle, including regular reporting to the Completion wellhead projects.
- Input into the creation of Completion wellhead project schedules & Coordinate the Wellhead Fabrication Master schedule.
- Execute risk management of all aspects of the order albeit informal, where applicable.
- Be proactive in resolving issues / conflict which threaten to impact order progress especially with regard to equipment.
- Chairing meetings & issuing Minutes & reports of meeting to ensure that both the latest Project schedule is in line with the Wellhead Fabrication schedule
- Identify & Manage the Project & Product Line Key Stakeholders so that the Completion wellhead delivery objectives are met.
- Interaction with other Global sites for the same Product Line
- Participate in business improvement initiatives as applicable including Health, Safety and the Environment.

Technical : Execution Experience within a manufacturing environment.
Industry / Engineering, capability / product knowledge
Project Management / MRP systems
Commercial : Strong business experience
Negotiation skills
Commercial and legal awareness..
