Technical Support Engineer - Permanent - Glasgow - Up to GBP25k DOE

Abrecco are recruiting a Technical Support Engineer on behalf of our highly successful client. The company offices are located right in the city centre of Glasgow with free onsite parking. The winning candidate will have experience of dealing with customer support requests, deployments, installations, server configuration, network support and backups in a hosted Datacentre environment. Skills required should include, but not be limited to;

Essential

• Unix / Windows / Linux
• Experience of working in a 24/7, 365 Datacentre environment
• Good experience of Customer Technical Support
• Helpdesk experience
• Cisco Switches / ASA Firewalls
